E-b-trans is a haulage company specialized in the transportation of hazardous
goods for large and medium sized oil
and chemical companies. E-b-trans
transports and handles with care
some 50 Million M3 of oil products,
gases, chemicals, each year
across the 14 European countries
where the group is established.
As specialists in the transportation of dangerous goods, quality of our service is our number one target. We look to make profits to maintain our equipments at the best level and to attract the skills needed to fulfil client expectations and meet legal regulations.
Within the framework of our internal procedures, our internal code of work requires that each employee of the group contributes personally in his work place to the realization of the following six goals:
- Respect existing laws and observe moral conduct: We execute our business with integrity and without violence. We take care of our partner's integrity. We do not discriminate between sex, race, and religion.
- Have a behaviour based on safety and ensure personal health: We take preventive measures, particularly checking alcohol and drug use, have regular medical examinations, wear personal protection equipment and do daily risk assessment.
- Satisfy customer needs: We try to understand the customer's needs, then realise transportation services with high level of quality. We only promise what we can achieve.
- Avoid any kind of accidents: Trainings and audits are key first steps for all employees. We organise safety meetings regularly. We systematically identify causes of all incidents and accidents to launch corrective actions.
- Improve the protection of the environment: All our employees are concerned, especially through the reduction of fuel consumption and emission of gas pollutants as well as through waste management.
- Avoid acts of destruction: We look for protecting our property and that of others from theft or voluntary destructions.
The performance of the members of management is regularly monitored in relation to the level of compliance with the above objectives.
